IS IT JUST ABOUT THE JOB?

Montag is feeling guilt and that is why he is having trouble with his job he is now realizing that it is not all black and white and that those houses he burns are not just houses,but they are a property of people and they live in it and that's why he is having trouble. I don't know how I would feel,but I know that I would need to do it to be able to live and yeah I would feel bad,but there wouldn't be much I could do after all we're all trying to survive.

F 451 SUMMARY PART 1

Fahrenheit 451 takes place in the future where firemen burn down houses and people find it weird  take time to smell the flowers(metaphorically speaking) and reading books is illegal. Our main character is named Guy Montag who is a fireman that burns down houses with books in them. This future is a future that is dominated with technology and conformity as in  if you don't act a certain way you are labeled weird(Clarisse) or even get in trouble with the law. First we learn that Montag is a fireman who burns down houses and one day he meets a girl named Clarisse who is an odd person(according to how people behave in this book) that changed his view of the wold and that if he was actually happy or not.
