SOMETIMES YOU NEED A PROFESSOR

Montag gets in touch with Faber because he wanted to know more about books and no one would listen to him and then they came up with a plan about books and how they were going to print them and Montag would go around collecting them and Faber would be in his house that's why he gave Montag a seashell so they could communicate.

F 451 SUMMARY PART 1

Fahrenheit 451 takes place in the future where firemen burn down houses and people find it weird  take time to smell the flowers(metaphorically speaking) and reading books is illegal. Our main character is named Guy Montag who is a fireman that burns down houses with books in them. This future is a future that is dominated with technology and conformity as in  if you don't act a certain way you are labeled weird(Clarisse) or even get in trouble with the law. First we learn that Montag is a fireman who burns down houses and one day he meets a girl named Clarisse who is an odd person(according to how people behave in this book) that changed his view of the wold and that if he was actually happy or not.
